About Rutgers-Camden on the Camden County College Blackwood Campus
Discover the Rutgers difference while earning your degree close to home!
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and Camden County College (CCC) have established a partnership to provide CCC graduates and area residents opportunities to earn their Rutgers baccalaureate degrees while staying close to home and work. We understand that balancing school with a family, work, and/or a long commute can be challenging. Our Rutgers–Camden off-campus degree program provides an opportunity for you to reach your educational goals with flexibility and convenience.
Rutgers continues to demonstrate its commitment to serving the needs of New Jersey residents by expanding our reach and providing access to exceptional academics through partners such as Camden County College. Community college graduates looking to obtain a four-year degree, seasoned professionals seeking to increase their marketability, or individuals wanting to enhance their skills as they re-enter the workforce will find a host of opportunities through the Rutgers–Camden off-campus program.
The Rutgers-Camden off-campus undergraduate degree-completion program provides students, who have earned an associate’s degree from an accredited community college, the opportunity to pursue a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers. Up to 60 credits can be transferred.
Anyone looking to enroll in the Rutgers Camden off-campus degree program must meet the admissions criteria of Rutgers. All applications are submitted to and reviewed by the university admissions department. Students who successfully complete an off-campus degree receive a traditional Rutgers diploma; there is no mention of off-campus matriculation.
